At 4 HOA Services, we maintain
and repair storm shutters, perform commercial/residential handyman services, sell and install Whole House Fans, and we
do an honest job.
If you purchased storm shutters, you know the value of your investment. Much like preventative medicine, we
ensure that storm shutters are functioning, safe and reliable. We also repair shutters that may have rusted screws, tracks, panels, locks or other components; and, we don't get paid until the work is done.
Our
service areas are Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. We offer the following services:
- Maintenance: Service
includes an analysis of all shutters and silicon lubrication of all moving parts. We ensure that the shutters perform as intended
and make minor maintenance adjustments to the shutters as required. We have set prices per opening and offer discounted rates
to associations, schools, government and insurance adjusters.
- Repair: Service includes an analysis and repair of the problem. Prices
vary depending on work required.
